The person behind it

You'll be working with Shelle, not a case number.

Shelle Buckley has spent more than thirty years working in paralegal and document preparation. That's three decades of courthouse procedure, filing requirements, and the small details that determine whether a packet gets accepted or handed back.

She is a certified legal document preparer, licensed by the Arizona Supreme Court under certification AZCLDP #82162. Certification is a real credential with real requirements attached — continuing education, a background check, and accountability to the court that issues it.

Lightning Paralegal Services is based in Globe, in Gila County. Many clients are neighbors — people she sees at the store, at church, at the courthouse. That's a different kind of accountability than a call center feels, and it's why every page gets read twice before it goes out the door.

How we work

Plain terms, agreed before anything starts.

A document preparation office should be easy to understand. These are the four things that shape how every engagement runs.

Flat fees, quoted first

You get one number for your matter and you approve it before work begins. No hourly billing, no invoice that grew while you weren't looking.

Confidential by default

What you share stays in this office. Documents, details, and the fact that you called at all are held in confidence.

Straight answers about the line

A document preparer can't give legal advice. If your matter needs a licensed attorney, you'll hear that on the first call — and a referral, not a pitch.

Local, and reachable

Local clients are welcome to meet in person in Globe. Just call first so there's time set aside for you. Everyone else is served by phone, email, and mail.

Globe, Miami, Claypool — and every Arizona county.

The Copper Corridor is home. East Valley, Phoenix, Tucson, Safford, and Show Low are all served regularly. For matters further out, most clients never make the drive — documents are prepared remotely and returned to you by email and mail.
