How the flat fee works
After the consultation, you get one number for the documents you need — not an hourly rate that keeps running. That number is agreed before any work starts, and it doesn't change because something took longer than expected.
Court filing fees are separate and set by the court, not by us. We'll tell you what they are up front so there are no surprises at the counter.
